The intelliPATH FLX system has been specifically designed with the clinical diagnostic laboratory in mind. Fast turn-around time means faster patient diagnosis; continuous random access and STAT prioritization enables slides to be processed ‘around the clock’. The capacity to perform simultaneous multiplex stains, such as the PIN-4 for prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (prostate carcinoma) and ADH-5 for atypical ductal hyperplasia (breast cancer), enables tissue-specific cancer detection, leading to faster patient diagnosis.
